The print data sent to the Printer is corrupt or has been interrupted.
Reset the Printer and try again.
In some instances this can be caused by damage to the USB port, a bad USB cord, or overloaded USBs on the workstation. You will generally be able to install the device but not sync supply or setting information.
Ask the site to check the USB port to ensure that it is not damaged. If it is damaged REPLACE PRINTER.
Ask the site to swap in the USB from another device, prefferably the document scanner on a Rapids workstation. If the problem persists check the number and type of devices on the USB ports with the Fargo and ensure that it corresponds to the most current port configuration. If it is correct try swapping ports on the workstation or disconnecting devices that share the USB port group. If none of this resolves the problem REPLACE PRINTER
