If the Dell 2350 is printing Teslins out of alignment check Rapids Configuration to ensure that the proper device is selected on the Forms Printer tab.
If the proper device is selected but the teslins are still out of alignment try the Registration Alignment Fix.
As a supplement to the Registration Alignment Fix, some settings can be changed in LDAP. On the Forms printer page, change the value for Back Left and Front Left to 183, and the Back Top and Front Top to 126.
If the Dell is printing Forms out of alignment check to make sure that the tray is set to the appropriate paper size.
